All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Wexford, Ireland via A Post.
At GaelMade, every piece is prepared with intention and we take the same care in ensuring it reaches you safely.
Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Irish public holidays) and are posted on Mondays and Thursdays with An Post (next working day when post day is a bank holiday).
• You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been posted.
• During peak periods (new launches, seasonal collections, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
• Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not at the time of purchase.

International Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside the Republic of Ireland, customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges:
• Are not included in product or shipping prices
• Are the responsibility of the customer
• Are outside GaelMade’s control
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Delivery Estimates & Responsibility
All delivery timeframes are estimates only based information provided by “An Post” and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to An Post, GaelMade is not liable for delays caused by:
• Customs processing
• Postal service disruptions
• Severe weather
• Incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
• Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

For tracked services, we will initiate a postal investigation where appropriate.
For standard (untracked) services, any compensation is subject to An Post’s terms and conditions.
